Candidate – means a natural person who (i) expresses the will to employ himself as an employee and will submit a job application on the Website or will be redirected to the applicant’s party to submit an application for a job or (ii) create an account on The Website.
Advertiser – means a natural person, legal person or organizational unit who is not a legal person conducting a business activity, which he wants to employ employee and will submit a job advertisement or set up an account on the Website.
- §2 The scope of collecting Personal Data
- The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable law and that they are protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or improper use.
- Each time, the scope of Personal Data required to perform a given Service is indicated on the Website pages and in the Terms and Conditions. When refilling by The data user is automatically marked with mandatory data in the forms. Failure to provide the obligatory Personal Data by the User may result in the User’s inability to use the Services provided by the Service provider. - §3 Purpose of processing Personal Data
- Providing Personal Data is necessary to use the Website’s services, including to use of an account and use of the Advertisers’ offers. - The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time via canceling your consent at no cost. It is enough for this purpose a notification in text form to the data specified in point 1 contact (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter). - Communication:
- The Administrator may communicate with the User by means of information system, notifications, e-mail, messages in social media channels, chat tools on the Website, by phone or by phone through letters and parcels.

- WaveJobs informs that it processes Personal Data of the Advertiser and his employees involved in the provision of the service by WaveJobs in the scope necessary to support the service provided, including the submission of a job application.
- The advertiser or its employees may consent to the processing of their data – e-mail address and telephone number for direct marketing of services WaveJobs during and after the service is completed. Giving consent to data processing is voluntary.
- The consent granted by the Advertiser or its employees to the processing of Data personal data is voluntary and they are entitled to revoke it in writing at any time consent by sending the appeal to the WaveJobs e-mail address.
- Personal data of the Advertiser and its employees will not be made available by WaveJobs to third parties, except for the transfer of data to the company dealing with the implementation payment for the service.
- WaveJobs informs that it processes the personal data of the Advertiser in the scope necessary to support the services provided, including the transfer of a job application Advertisers.
- WaveJobs will process the Personal Data of the Advertiser, referred to in § III point 5 Policies and other Personal Data provided in the application form, Account Profile Advertisers (gender, year of birth, date of birth, home page, location), of the CV form, as well as the data given in the positive “like” rating. - The processing of the Advertiser’s Personal Data will be completed by permanent removal no later than 5 weeks from the date of submitting the job application. Copies of backup files containing data are deleted within 365 days from the submission of the application.
- The processing of Personal Data in the scope of the account will be completed by making them permanent deletion within 5 weeks of account cancellation.
- Personal data in the CV form are processed from the moment they are entered into the form until they are removed from the form (the form is cleared). Data processing personal data will be completed by permanently deleting them within 5 weeks of them remove from the form (clear the form).
- Personal data downloaded from the social network will be automatically updated along with logging in or refreshing the login token in his social network.
- Processing of Personal Data with a positive “like” rating generated by a given Advertiser will be terminated by deleting them after the account has been deleted Advertisers.
- §4 Possible recipients of the User’s Personal Data

- §5 Data transfer to third countries (outside the European Area Economic)

- §6 Period of storage of Personal Data
- The Administrator guarantees that Personal Data will be kept only for the period of time it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
- The data will be stored as long as they are needed by the Administrator to provide services and providing services to Users, or to be deleted by the User from the account whichever is earlier.
- The period of storage of Personal Data is determined individually and depends, among others from the nature of the data, the reason for their collection and processing. After this time, the data is available deleted or anonymized in such a way that it is not possible to identify the User.
- Personal data may be stored longer, if such an obligation results from the regulations rights or it is necessary for the Administrator’s defense or pursuit of claims in relation to the User.
- §7 Access and correction of stored Personal Data
- Due to the processing of Personal Data by the Administrator, Users have the following rights:
- right to request access to your Personal Data, rectification thereof, deletion or restriction of processing,
- right to object to the processing,
- the right to transfer Personal Data,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave such consent, e. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing by the Administrator of the User’s Personal Data.
- Users can exercise the above rights in accordance with the rules described in art. 16 – 21 GDPR, by sending a message to the following e-mail address: hello@wavejobs.eu .
- All applications received will be treated with special care and completed in the shortest possible time. For some notifications (o complex nature or related to data processing specific legal regulations) the execution time may be extended, however, in each case, the User will be informed about actions taken by the Administrator to complete the notification. - §8 Security
- The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processed Personal Data appropriate to the threats and data categories protected, and in particular, protects the data against disclosure to individuals unauthorized, processing in violation of applicable laws and amendment, loss, damage or destruction, such as:
